On Thursday, November 27, 2025, the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) and the HELPLINE will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving. On Friday, November 28, the NYSE will close at 1:00 p.m., the HELPLINE will close at 1:30 p.m., and both will reopen for standard hours on Monday, December 1. Exchange orders received on or after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, will be effective with trades processed prior to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 28. Exchange orders received on or after 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 28, will be effective with trades processed on Monday, December 1, using that day’s closing prices.
