On Monday, February 17, 2025, the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) and the HELPLINE will be closed in observance of Presidents Day. Exchange orders received on or after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 14th will be effective with trades processed on Tuesday, February 18th using that day’s closing prices.

Per IRS regulations, tax form 1099-R must be mailed by January 31 each year. We recommend waiting at least 10 business days after January 31 before requesting a reprint. Your 1099-R will come in an envelope from the Bank of New York Mellon. If you did not have a taxable event (distributions, conversions, loan defaults/offsets and rollovers out) from your NYSDCP account, you will not receive a 1099-R.
